Almost Done, Charcoal Portrait of Woman in Hat.

Charcoal portrait of Woman in hat 90% done
I have been working on this portrait for a few days off and on. It is about 90 % done. I have been using charcoal and 2b pencil. I like the hair being a flat shape and all dark without highlights. This way I can focus on the face. I want the face to have a lot of soft shadows. I like the eyes and the smile but they need more work. I think the eyes are too pale and the smile too thin. The nose is a little odd but I am having a hard time getting it right. My source material is very vague in the details of the nose. The glasses are a challenge for me and I wanted to practice drawing them.

I am playing with the idea of putting some gaudy flower in the hat; sort of to mix up metaphors.
